2025 | Exhibition Design
Patrick Dougherty: Pilgrimage, the first exhibition of its kind, is dedicated to the acclaimed environmental sculptor. Best known for his immersive, building-sized stickworks, Dougherty has transformed landscapes around the world for over four decades. This landmark exhibition offers a more intimate—yet no less monumental—view of his career.
The identity is centered around the hand-drawn logo which is both inspired by and a reference to the tactile nature of Dougherty’s work. The black and white color palette is a nod to James Florio’s photography in STICKS, and allows the works and materials shown to remain the focal point of the exhibition.
